WALK For those without a purchase contract on any house. I accompany people to open houses and just verbally comment on the major systems. No testing is done. 100% visual only. $79.00 LIST For sellers only. It is NOT a home inspection by any legal or trade association standards. We note only major defects in major systems--heating and cooling, structure, plumbing, electricity, fireplace/chimney, and roof. No kitchen appliances are tested/inspected/evaluated/researched for recalls (after all, the seller should know if the thing works or not). $ 149.00 BASIC Basically a LIST inspection for buyers. The difference is that kitchen appliances are tested/inspected/evaluated, but are not researched for recalls. $169.00 STANDARD My most thorough inspection. Includes a small tear in a screen window, a doorknob hole in a wall, loose cabinet and drawer hardware, common stucco and concrete cracks, etc. $279.00 Includes a free 90 day limited warranty PREMIUM A STANDARD inspection with added services. I Will be present at final walkthrough (or any other time) to check/re-inspect seller's repairs to make sure they were done and/or were done properly. If buyer was not at the inspection, includes meeting with them at the property at their convenience to introduce them to their new home. Includes a follow BASIC inspection in six months. $369.00 Includes a free 90 day limited warranty TECH A PREMIUM inspection that includes licensed professionals as part of the inspection team (e.g., licensed roofing contractor, licensed plumber, licensed electrician, and licensed chimney sweep). If there are any significant problems that need further evaluation (structural engineer), I will be responsible getting the engineering report accomplished (the actual cost is extra). $ 999.00 RADON TESTING Radon testing for a single Real Estate transaction $160.00 Please call me for quotes on Commercial Radon testing for multi- unit or office buildings and school buildings All of the above prices are subject to New Mexico sales tax at 6.875%
